About the Role

The Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) team at GoTyme Bank drives growth by designing, executing, and optimizing customer engagement across the lifecycle—from onboarding to retention to reactivation. As part of the global CLM team, you will lead or support campaign development across multiple markets (PH, SA, VN, TH), leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to create meaningful and personalized customer experiences.

  • Own or support lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across markets.
  • Design and deploy multi-channel customer engagement journeys based on behavioral insights and lifecycle goals.
  • Use data and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify drop-off points, and iterate on engagement strategies.
  • Translate business and customer needs into actionable lifecycle initiatives that drive retention, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business units and creatives to bring campaigns to life with clarity and impact.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, and product to deliver timely and relevant lifecycle interventions.
  • Maintain operational excellence through campaign QA, workflow hygiene, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the evolution of CLM frameworks, playbooks, and customer-first engagement strategies.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Comfort working with data and translating analytics into actionable customer engagement strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle principles
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Adaptability to different tools and environments, with a strong willingness to learn new systems and approaches
  • Knowledge and experience in handling marketing tech platforms such as Salesforce, MoEngage, hubspot, or the likes is a must.
  • Experience in working with end-to-end handling of marketing campaigns addressing business objectives and requirements
  • Ability to coordinate and work with various stakeholders to manage projects and campaigns
