Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

You will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable and payable processes, as well as providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. Additionally, you will work closely with our legal and human resources teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations:
    • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
    • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing practices in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Human Resources Support:
    • Work closely with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including benefits administration and payroll processing.
    • Support talent acquisition and development initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Legal Compliance and Coordination:
    • Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations affecting revenue recognition and billing practices.
    • Ensure all billing practices comply with contractual obligations and regulatory guidelines.
    • Coordinate with legal counsel and management to develop and maintain company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have experience with financial software and systems, including Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics.
