We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sales principles, and experience in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives and manage key accounts
- Support lead generation efforts and marketing initiatives
- Keep sales records updated and prepare sales reports
- Implement process improvements for efficient business development operations
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven work experience in supporting sales and business development
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Visio
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to handle multiple BD tasks and opportunities simultaneously and can work under pressure to achieve deliverables

- Willing to travel across the Philippines
- BS degree in Business, IT, Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
