Job Overview

This is a senior role that supports our finance operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate posting in the general ledger.
  • Prepare quarterly GST reports for applicable jurisdictions.
  • Reconcile bank statements weekly against general ledger entries to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Maintain accounting databases, including data entry and backup documentation.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable adjustments.
  • Manage monthly revaluations of foreign vendor balances and cash positions.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly funding requirement schedules to ensure timely payments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Management.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting with solid exposure to accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and cycles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
