Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients via phone and email.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless client experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software systems, including troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL a plus.
