Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse audiences.

This is a collaborative position that requires working with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and develop learning materials. You will use your expertise in adult learning and instructional design to create engaging training courses, assessments, and job aids for various delivery formats.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, experience with creative instructional design technologies, and a strong understanding of next-generation technologies related to cloud, mobile, social, or big data.

Responsibilities:
  • Create learning objectives that cater to diverse audiences and requirements
  • Develop assessments to measure and analyze learning effectiveness
  • Design training and job aids for various delivery formats
  • Assess current training content across accounts and drive improvements in creativity and innovation
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with creative instructional design technologies
  • Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with mobile devices, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and/or appliances preferred
  • Understanding of next-generation technologies related to cloud, mobile, social, or big data
