Email Strategist Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned email strategist to join our team, with expertise in driving revenue through email campaigns.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time role that requires hands-on experience with retention platforms like Klaviyo and a deep understanding of marketing beyond the email channel.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing significant email-attributed revenue and working in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete retention strategy for major brands, focusing on driving revenue through email campaigns.
  • Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations, not just screenshots for reports.
  • Work with tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, Wonderment, and other retention platforms; leverage data from GA4 and Triple Whale analytics tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
  • Proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand environment.
  • A holistic understanding of marketing beyond just the email channel.
