We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to support both client campaigns and the internal growth of our agency.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for healthcare clients. The role requires managing high-volume outreach, utilizing multiple domains, lead generation tools, and email marketing automation platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable email campaigns (1,000+ emails/day) across multiple domains with proper email warm-up strategies.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns, focusing on metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Utilize tools like Instantly, Zerobounce, and Clay for lead validation, list management, and email deliverability.
  • Build lead lists using various lead-finding tools and platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, such as bounce rates and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns, with a focus on healthcare clients.
  • Extensive experience with email verification tools.
  • Experience in scaling campaigns across multiple domains.
