Job Title: Lead Verification Support Agent

Work as a key liaison between clients and their customers to confirm interest and qualify leads. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm interest and identify potential opportunities
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate parties
  • Accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system
  • Maintaining knowledge of client products and services to provide informed support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing with a focus on lead verification and qualification
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive and responsible attitude with excellent communication skills
