Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IC design verification professional to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute verification plans to ensure the design meets product specifications pre-silicon.
  • Create and maintain testbenches using SystemVerilog/UVM or other methodologies.
  • Write and debug test cases to ensure functional correctness.
  • Perform block-level and full-chip verification.
  • Collaborate with design and architecture teams to understand specifications, corner cases, and common use cases.
  • Analyze coverage metrics and improve test quality.
  • Drive regression testing and debug failures.
  • Review verification results with IC designers and help debug digital RTL and analog schematic design issues observed in simulations.
  • Support silicon evaluation and compare measurement results with simulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification methodologies and flows.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
  • Graduate with a BS in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  • Strong foundation in electronic circuit design and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced understanding of electronic engineering fundamentals.
  • 5+ years of experience in IC design verification.
  • IC design experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, hardware verification languages (SystemVerilog, VHDL), verification methodologies (e.g., UVM, OVM, VMM), Verilog, and C is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, AMBA, and memory controllers.
  • Proficient in using IC design CAD tools for schematic and layout entry, modeling, simulation, and verification.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, or TCL) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with formal verification, coverage-driven verification, and low-power verification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a large team.
  • Experience in leading a team is an advantage.
