Your role will be central to supporting Senior Staff Accountants, ensuring accurate data entry, bookkeeping, and adoption of our tech stack.

As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, applying accounting principles and practices, and continuously improving efficiency within teams and processes.

We offer a remote work environment, PTO, paid holidays, and a monthly stipend for internet.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting -or- equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
  • QBO Rockstar (ProAdvisors preferred) with 2 + years of QuickBooks Online experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Innate love for problem-solving and desire to improve efficiency within teams and processes
  • Quick adaptability, enthusiasm for new systems, cloud software, and integrations
