About the Role: Snapscale is hiring a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. This full-time role involves maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Wave).
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports.
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable.
  • Organize receipts and financial documents.
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking.
  • Perform general admin tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Not required but a plus:

  • Certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience working with U.S. Clients.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
