Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and prepare relevant documents.
  • Assist in the implementation of loan transactions, including monitoring submission of document and insurance deficiencies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare special requests of clients, such as Statement of Account and amortization schedules.
  • Monitor loan repricing and maturity dates through mainframe system reports.
  • Service loan and trade transactions, coordinating with booking units and clients as needed.
  • Prepare instruction sheets on loan or trade transactions for approval.
  • Types promissory notes and reviews billing statements to ensure timely payment.
  • Prepare reports and provide information required by management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a 4-year degree in Business, Banking, or Finance. It is preferred that you have knowledge and experience in banking processes and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office systems, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach are essential. Assignment to Makati is required.
