About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Travel & Reservations Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves travel, thrives in customer service, and wants to be rewarded with both commission and the chance to travel as part of the job perks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight, hotel, tour, and activity reservations for clients
  • Create tailored travel itineraries and packages
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve booking queries
  • Process payments and manage reservations system
  • Build strong client relationships and upsell additional services
  • Stay updated with travel trends, visa requirements, and promotions

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in travel bookings and reservations (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing is an advantage

A team player with a passion for travel and customer care
