Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in designing and documenting business processes, quality assurance, and testing IT applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of major enhancements to key IT operations products.
  • Review and design business processes, elicit functional and non-functional requirements, and support quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations and ensure clear communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, including 5 years in a senior BA role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing iterations, user stories, and documentation.
