Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned business development expert with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client bases, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and expand market share across key markets, including Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to set goals, develop action plans, and monitor performance metrics to ensure consistent pipeline growth and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and providing exceptional service to ensure retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or client acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Proven track record of driving new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and grow high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications in sales, business development, or strategic management are a plus.
