Case Management Specialist

Deliver evidence-informed case management and individualised support to individuals in the community.
- Protect the community through high-level supervision of adults subject to orders.
Maintain high standards of assessment practices, ensuring effective reintegration and rehabilitation of individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate conflicts with stakeholders to achieve commitment and service delivery outcomes.
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Apply experience working within legislative frameworks that underpin core service delivery areas.
- Build and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate sensitive issues with stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- A valid Australian driver's licence is required for travel across various locations.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours or temporarily from an alternate location may be required.
- A Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) must be completed within 12 months and certified within 18 months.
