Job Opportunity: Personal Injury Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Professional to play an integral part in case preparation and management by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a structured environment, values precision, and can deliver high-quality work under strict timelines. You will ensure cases move forward smoothly by maintaining organized legal files, coordinating deadlines, and providing consistent support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems.
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or PACER.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
