Personal Injury Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Law Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal support staff, you will provide critical support and guidance to our attorneys in the field of personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new cases and develop initial assessments for our legal team
  • Develop comprehensive case strategies and oversee their implementation
  • Manage complex case files and maintain accurate records of all case activity
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our legal team, ensuring that clients are informed and satisfied with the progress of their cases
  • Coordinate with external experts and vendors as needed to ensure that clients receive the best possible representation
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to our legal team as they work on individual cases
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare relevant legal documents as necessary

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other case management software
  • Must be able to work full-time/part-time in U.S. time zone
