Mid-Senior Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants, drafting and negotiating lease terms, and building strong relationships with existing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Administration: Prepare and review Letters of Intent, lease agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies.
  • Tenant Relations: Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms, and build strong relationships with existing tenants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors, and other outside parties.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
