Business Analyst Role

FPT Smart Cloud is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic AI and cloud projects. This role bridges business and technology, driving impactful outcomes through clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders across functions.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional Scrum teams to facilitate smooth delivery of product features, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

The successful candidate will be highly organized and self-driven, able to follow up independently on tasks and deadlines. A good command of English is required, with strong reading and writing skills; speaking and listening skills are a plus.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners to analyze and refine product requirements, conducting comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies on a global scale, and facilitating communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to clarify requirements and expectations.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven projects or AI-related domains.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and market research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
