About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and client-focused solutions.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms, as well as strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities. They will also possess confident communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics in clear business value terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business and technical guidance to potential clients on implementing Degreed solutions
  • Offer expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus
