Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clear communication of services, pricing, and expectations to customers.
  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness.
