Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Manage service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams.
- Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms.
- Ensure clear communication of services, pricing, and expectations to customers.
- Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness.
