Your tasks will include:
- Sourcing skilled candidates for healthcare positions
- Conducting phone screens and managing interview processes
- Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in recruitment dashboards
- Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
If you have 1+ years of recruitment experience, have recruited for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles, and are confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
