Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.

This role requires a strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and pitching
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development, ideally as a BDM or similar role
  • Proven experience in B2B sales – especially in BPO, SaaS, or IT
  • A track record of success in virtual selling (Zoom presentations a must)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Confidence, charisma, and drive to hit and exceed targets
