Remote Virtual Assistant Job

We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to support our team in managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, be proficient with various tools, and possess excellent time management skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the Virtual Assistant to perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Calendar scheduling and meeting reminders
  • Organizing files, documents, and internal trackers across multiple tools
  • Email follow-ups, data entry, and light research
  • Drafting simple internal updates, task lists, or team messages
  • Formatting and publishing content or updates
  • Creatingsimple graphics or visual materials

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
