Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Zendesk CRM Experience

Staff Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Zendesk CRM experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Average typing speed of 45-50 WPM.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and retailing is a plus.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, including answering email inquiries, making inbound and outbound calls, and using Microsoft Excel files.
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative.
  • Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
