- At least 6 months of CSR experience.
- For Japanese Bilingual position - at least 6 months experience as CSR-Japanese Bilingual.
- Must have Zendesk CRM experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Average typing speed of 45-50 WPM.
- Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, including answering email inquiries, inbound calls, and outbound calls for callbacks.
- Knowledge using Microsoft Excel files.
- Team player with ability to work with less supervision.
- Good problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative.
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
