Salary
The estimated salary for this role is P30,000 - P40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to our executives. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Providing administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of executives
• Handling internal and external communications, presentations, and reports
• Booking travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities for executives
• Handling personal details of the President, including shopping, ordering gifts, scheduling personal appointments, and maintaining household items
• Taking minutes during meetings
• Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
• Organizing and maintaining the office filing system
• Handling insurance claims

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A college degree or equivalent experience
• At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office
