Job Description:
  • This position is responsible for handling custodianship of credit folders for Auto Loans.
  • The ideal candidate will respond to requests from Customer Relationship Managers in order to deliver excellent service to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include validating records in Collateral Management Systems by updating the status of loan documents, organizing complied loan documents by proper filing inside the Credit Folder, and monitoring safekeeping and pull-out of Credit Folders inside the filing room.

A key aspect of this role is preparing copies of loan documents through scanning to provide welcome kits to clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will arrange Credit Folders of all Consumer Loan Products inside the filing room.
