Key Responsibilities

  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate invoices to clients, verify billing accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary billing information.
  • Payroll Processing: Administer the payroll process, including data entry, validation, and distribution of paychecks.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records through regular bank reconciliations and collections.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.

This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and be able to work independently.
