About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Xiaomi business, transforming data into insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  2. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and requirements, and translate them into data-driven solutions
  4. Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modelling to derive actionable insights
  5. Continually optimise data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members on data-related tasks and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
  2. Proven track record of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
