Data Analyst – Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst – Marketing Analyst who can transform complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights that drive campaign performance, audience segmentation, and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong SQL and data analysis skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to synthesize data into clear, concise, and meaningful recommendations for the marketing team and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries (including Google BigQuery) to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale marketing and customer datasets.
  • Use Python and/or R to conduct statistical analysis, build models, and automate data workflows.
  • Manipulate, clean, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Work with ETL processes and tools to integrate and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis.
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation models to support targeted marketing efforts.
  • Create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing complex data for marketing and business teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide insights that enhance campaigns, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to optimize marketing performance.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL (including Google BigQuery) for large-scale data querying.
  • Experience in Python or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation).
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data integration best practices.
  • Experience with segmentation modeling and customer profiling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
