This role requires strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and lead training for junior analysts. Our team is responsible for creating automated reports using SQL, SSRS, and Excel, designing dashboards and data visualizations for internal and client use, conducting research and analyzing trends to support strategic decisions, collaborating with business units to refine reporting requirements, and training and supporting junior analysts; maintaining documentation and training materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SQL and SSRS development.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
