Job Overview

The Property Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of property managers to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and issue resolution.
  • Manage leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with the on-site team, applicant screening, and lease agreement drafting.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and address tenant disputes professionally.
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs and upgrades with vendors.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and property marketing strategies.
  • Monitor properties' financial performance, including budgeting and financial outcomes maximization.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.
  • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team.
  • Proficiency with property management software.
  • Availability to work within US time zones.
  • Ability to start promptly after job offer.
