We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional support to our leadership team while contributing to our social media presence.

This is a full-time remote role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with property management-related administrative tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance.
  • Utilize Hubspot to manage CRM and social media campaigns.
  • Use AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications.
  • Answer and manage client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant phone calls.
  • Actual experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio.
  • Available to work in US time zones.
