
Property Management Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organised support specialist to join our team, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management business.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in property management support, real estate administration or a similar role, with strong proficiency in PropertyMe (or comparable property management software) and standard office tools.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and escalate issues as required.
- Special projects as directed by the Property Manager.
- Enter maintenance requests into Property Me and arrange timely instructions from rental providers.
- Use Property Me to monitor outstanding jobs and quotes, ensuring timely completion.
- Add approved invoices to Dropbox and send accounts to rental providers.
- Arrange lease renewals according to instructions from rental providers and ensure safety compliance with contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and correspondence.
- Prepare new client documentation and follow up on compliance documents.
- Enter new managements into PME, including property, renter, and owner information.
- Organise re-directions of invoices for new managements, such as water and council fees.
- Process and add incoming invoices to Dropbox for trust accounts.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, renters, landlords, and tradespeople.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software applications.
