Job Overview

As a property management professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors. This entails building and maintaining robust relationships, handling client onboarding, lease renewals, property maintenance, tenant administration, and social media engagement.

You will work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of deliverables and managing multiple clients simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors.
  • Onboard new clients, setting up properties in client software platforms and keeping owners informed.
  • Manage lease renewals to minimize vacancy.
  • Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
  • Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices, and other notifications, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.
  • Assist with creating and posting content on various social media platforms.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a property management environment.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
  • Able to handle multiple clients at the same time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
