Our Property Management team is seeking an experienced Asset Protection Specialist to oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments using advanced software systems.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and generate comprehensive financial reports through data-driven tools.
  • Market vacant units, screen potential tenants, and manage lease agreements to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management to ensure optimal asset performance.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with owners to provide detailed updates on property performance and financial status.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Asset Protection Specialist or equivalent role.
  • Advanced proficiency in software systems for property management and accounting.
  • Knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
