
Remote Support Specialist

We are seeking Virtual Assistants to provide comprehensive support services for senior executives. The role involves managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage executive diaries and schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
- Email Management: Screen, respond to, and/or action emails as necessary.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and other logistical requirements.
- Expense Tracking: Track and submit expenses for reimbursement or payment.
- Event Planning: Assist in setting up logistics and coordination of invites and RSVPs.
- Timesheet Management: Track and submit worked hours with weekly deadlines.
- Communication: Relay accurate messages and transfer calls as required.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients and update client lists.
- Bachelor's Degree (any field).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Executive Assistance/Secretary/Admin Support.
- Customer Service Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong English Communication Skills.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
