Job Role

We are seeking Virtual Assistants to provide comprehensive support services for senior executives. The role involves managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Manage executive diaries and schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Email Management: Screen, respond to, and/or action emails as necessary.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and other logistical requirements.
  • Expense Tracking: Track and submit expenses for reimbursement or payment.
  • Event Planning: Assist in setting up logistics and coordination of invites and RSVPs.
  • Timesheet Management: Track and submit worked hours with weekly deadlines.
  • Communication: Relay accurate messages and transfer calls as required.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients and update client lists.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (any field).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Executive Assistance/Secretary/Admin Support.
  • Customer Service Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong English Communication Skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
