Accounting Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records across multiple international entities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Experience with SEC/public company reporting and regulated audit environments is also essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage AP, AR, and general ledger functions in complex multi-entity environments
- Process and reconcile inter-company transactions and eliminations
- Prepare detailed variance analyses and performance reports for executives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience: 5-8 years of accounting experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or regulated industries
- Certifications: CPA license or international equivalent
- Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication skills
Technical Proficiencies:
- QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond (expert level)
- Microsoft 365 / Teams (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite (or similar)
- Financial reporting software: Hyperion, Cognos (or similar)
