Operations Specialist Job Summary

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring seamless store operations.

This is a dynamic position that requires clear communication with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, tracking team hours and activities, and holding team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels by placing orders as needed
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
  • Track team hours and activities accurately
  • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in mathematics is advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • At least 50 Mbps internet speed required
  • Must have a dedicated home office space
