Job Overview

Are you a seasoned expert in cloud operations, eager to take on new challenges? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at problem-solving? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior DevOps Consultant to join our team.

This role requires someone with exceptional technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Azure, ITIL processes, and system administration. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and maintain complex cloud infrastructure, identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with clients to meet their needs.

The Senior DevOps Consultant will work closely with our managed services team to deliver high-quality support and maintenance services to our clients. This includes responding to escalations, communicating with clients, and performing proactive maintenance tasks such as patching, verification of anti-virus updates, backups, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain complex cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Respond to client escalations and communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues
  • Perform proactive maintenance tasks, including patching, verification of anti-virus updates, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Collaborate with the managed services team to deliver high-quality support and maintenance services to clients
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud servers, services, and software, or equivalent sys admin experience with on-prem server and virtualization environments
  • Experience with ITIL processes and associated ITSM systems and service portals for Incident and Change Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for problem-solving and learning new technologies
