Product Catalog Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Product Catalog Manager to maintain and expand our growing online catalog of parts and diagrams. This is a critical role in ensuring our website remains accurate, organized, and user-friendly for customers searching for the right parts by model, series, or brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information.
  • Add and update products and parts into the system.
  • Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams.
  • Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories.
  • Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structure and technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and categorization skills.
  • Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs.
  • Basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM New York Time).
