Ecommerce Catalog Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ecommerce catalog manager to join our organization.

The ideal candidate is passionate about managing large product catalogs, has experience with Amazon Seller Central, and excels in listing optimization, keyword strategy, and backend attributes.

The Opportunity

This is a key role that requires full ownership of Amazon listings and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing 500+ SKUs on Amazon, ensuring backend settings are correctly populated, conducting monthly front-end audits, and tracking keyword ranks and profit.

You will also partner with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and creative, monitor competitor listings, and provide actionable, data-driven performance reports. If you thrive with autonomy and responsibility, this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs on Amazon
  • Ensure backend settings are correctly populated
  • Conduct monthly front-end audits for content accuracy
  • Track keyword ranks, CVR, and pricing against sales targets
  • Monitor profit and subcategory BSR
  • Set and assess weekly sales goals and target BSR for each listing
  • Identify underperforming listings and implement improvement strategies
Requirements
  • 4+ years in Amazon Seller Central (required)
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization and keyword strategy
  • Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, and DataRova or similar software is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Amazon TOS, backend attributes, and compliance
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical
