About This Role:

As a Virtual Assistant – Ecommerce Product Uploads, you'll be working on expanding our product catalog by uploading products to our online store. You will also organize product images and add SEO-friendly alt text, review listings for accuracy and consistency, communicate with suppliers to gather product information, and coordinate with the team for timely product launches and updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Uploads: Ensure accurate and consistent data entry for all products in our BigCommerce store.
  • Image Organization: Organize and optimize product images to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Quality Control: Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with suppliers to gather necessary product information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure timely product launches and updates.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Prior ecommerce experience in furniture or home goods categories is highly desirable.
