About This Opportunity

We're seeking an accomplished Marketing Designer to develop and execute impactful creative design strategies across multiple divisions, focusing on HR and Benefits Professionals as well as Financial Advisers in the UK.

As a key member of our team, you'll leverage Adobe's Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools to deliver exceptional prospect-facing design tasks, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.

Responsibilities will include managing the entire creative briefing process from start to finish, prioritizing requests from the growth team, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets required deadlines.

You will be responsible for maintaining and consistently applying our brand identity throughout the business, guaranteeing all outgoing and customer-facing creative assets align with our visual identity and brand guidelines.

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, encompassing social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency while injecting innovative, captivating creativity
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats to ensure optimal performance and readability
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to synchronize visuals with campaign objectives
  • Manage multiple fast-paced projects with tight deadlines, delivering concepts from inception to final product
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms
