Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our growth strategy. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement.


About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Shape the company's positioning in the market through thought leadership and messaging.
  • Create and implement campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

Responsibilities
  1. Growth Roadmap: Build a marketing strategy that aligns with growth, retention, and revenue objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Mentor a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  3. Brand Positioning: Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the SaaS market.
  4. Demand Generation: Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  5. Pipeline Alignment: Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
