Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Creative Strategist to drive performance-focused creative direction for our paid media clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying winning ad concepts, analyzing creative performance data, and translating insights into actionable briefs and feedback.

You will work closely with UGC creators, designers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals. Additionally, you will contribute to shaping the evolving role of creative strategy within our performance team, helping us define standards, processes, and ways of working across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct brand and industry research to fuel creative ideation and ensure relevance.
  • Translate insights into clear, inspiring creative briefs and strategic direction for designers and UGC creators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing).
  • A strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction.
