Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Expert to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate quickly to optimize results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Data-driven approach with a keen eye for performance metrics
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
